Click any of the Book now buttons to schedule your visit at a time that works for you. We make sure there’s plenty of availability throughout the day, especially while pharmacies are open so you can get same-day treatment. Once you book your appointment, you will get an email with a link to our web application to complete your account setup and fill out some basic questions about your health history and medical concern. You will then join the virtual call at the time you selected using the same app.

Our pricing is simple. We charge a flat rate for video visits. Prices are displayed when you click the Book now button and select the state you’re physically in. You will not be charged until the visit is complete although some credit card companies place a hold on your card before or during your visit. If for some reason you’re unable to show up for your scheduled visit, we will give you a credit for your next visit.

LivWell Clinic doesn’t accept health insurance at this time but you can pay with all major credit cards, including your FSA, HSA, or HRA account. You pay one flat price for each visit. We’re launching a subscription program in the near future which gives you unlimited access to our medical team, video visits, and concierge service for a monthly fee. In many cases, insurance will cover your prescription drugs even if the clinic does not participate in health plans. However, there are limitations so it’s best you speak directly with your health plan or pharmacy for specific details about what’s covered and what’s not covered. The cost of medication isn’t included in the cost of your visit.

Life happens! We get it. If you need to cancel, log in to the app and cancel the visit. You will receive a credit so you can reschedule or use for a future visit. If you need a refund back to your card or bank account, reach out to our support team and they will be glad to help.

Yes, simply log into your account, cancel your existing visit, then select a new day and time that better works for your schedule.

You can cancel your visit up to one hour before the visit is scheduled to start. When you cancel, we issue you a credit that can be used for your next encounter. Credits do not expire.
