STEP 1

Book a visit

Schedule a telehealth visit by clicking one of the Start a Visit buttons. You will be prompted to select the state where you will be physically located during the call. This ensures we match you with the correct provider. Then proceed to select your desired day/time, enter payment information, and check out.

Step 2

Answer basic questions about your health

Once you book your telehealth appointment, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a link to fill out the patient intake forms. You will answer some basic information about your medical history, including the reason for your visit and any symptoms you’re experiencing.

  • Our providers are U.S. licensed physicians and nurse practitioners.
  • They are employed directly by us (LivWell Clinic). We don’t outsource our care!
  • We also partner with pharmacists, nutritionists, and other wellness experts.

Meet with your provider

Join the virtual call at the time you selected by logging into the web or mobile app (same app used to fill out intake questions). Your provider will review your answers and discuss your personalized treatment plan during the call.

What to expect:

  • Specify the pharmacy location where you want prescriptions sent if prescribed
  • Message our patient care team for free up to 14 days after your visit
